The Small Print
Here’s some more information about our website and online shop. If you have any questions please do drop us an email.
Delivery will take up to 10 working days. If your order is particularly urgent, give us a call to let us know and we’ll get it sent out as soon as we can.
Please bear in mind that stuff can get delayed in the post so on occasion things might take longer than we’ve said. If there are delays, let us know and we’ll try to help. If you don’t receive anything within 30 days, give us a shout and we’ll send out a replacement.
If your package is returned to us because we were given the wrong post code or an incomplete address or you weren’t around to receive it, we’ll get it back out to you when we have the correct info but we might have to charge you for any additional postage costs.
Our quality control ensures this is very unlikely but if you do find problems with the bags when they arrive, we’ll be very happy to refund or replace you in full. We’ll need the items back though so we can work out what went wrong but we’ll cover the cost of the return postage.
We won’t share your personal details with any other companies. We may drop you the odd email to let you know about new products, offers or other developments with KitBrix but you can always unsubscribe from these if you don’t want them.
Getting your order confirmation and payment isn’t the same as entering into a contract with you. This only happens when we send out your items. This is standard legal practice and is necessary because we might have accidentally made a pricing error or sometimes even your payment might later be declined by your bank. Placing an order and paying for it means you have accepted these terms and conditions.
Unauthorised use of words and images from this website is copyright theft so please don’t do it. If you want to use any of it please ask by emailing us.
